Mad Dog Wins is a UK platform for short skill games, such as Flap Flap Win, Animal Attack and Darts, played as competitions for prizes. Competitions run in different formats (Grand Prize, Tournament and Instant Win), and each one shows its entry cost, prize and rules on the competition tile before you enter.

The service is run by Mad Dog Wins Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16894221).

Our games are skill-based competitions. Within each competition everyone plays under the same, fixed conditions, so the result depends on how well you play, not on chance.

We have taken independent legal advice confirming that, because our competitions are skill-based and deterministic, they are not regulated gambling under the Gambling Act 2005. We do not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence and are not required to.

Paid competitions still cost money, so we give every player tools to stay in control. See responsible play.

• You must be 18 or over to make a payment, enter a paid competition or receive a prize.
• Mad Dog Wins is for players in the United Kingdom only.
• One account per person. Running more than one account breaks our Terms.

Location checks: before you enter a competition using purchased tokens, and before any withdrawal, we check that you are in the UK. We use your IP address and, in our apps, your mobile network's country and (only with your permission) your phone's approximate location. Using a VPN, proxy or location-spoofing tool to get around these checks breaks our Terms.

Age and identity checks: we run an age check before your first payment, and full identity and anti-money-laundering checks before we pay out any prize or withdrawal.

Free play lets you try our games without paying anything. Where shown, reaching free-play checkpoints banks free tokens, which are added to your account when you register. You can carry on playing just for fun after that.

Paid competitions are entered by spending tokens. The token cost and the prize are shown on the competition tile before you confirm, and confirming takes the tokens straight away. Cash competitions may only be available in the Mad Dog Wins app for iPhone and Android.

Tokens are pre-paid credits you use only to enter our competitions and pay for in-game extras such as respawns. They are not money, can't be used outside Mad Dog Wins and can't be transferred to other players.

Buying: sign in, tap your token balance (or Tokens in your account menu) and pick a bundle. Each bundle shows its price, its tokens and any bonus tokens before you pay. Payments are taken by debit card through our payment processor, Paysafe; we don't accept credit cards.

• Your oldest tokens are spent first.
• Tokens expire 12 months after you buy them if they haven't been spent.
• Unused tokens can be refunded after a 30-day lock-in, at the price you actually paid per token, less a £1 admin fee, and only if the refund comes to at least £10. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

You can set daily, weekly and monthly spend limits on token purchases at any time (see below).

• Prizes are fixed in advance by Mad Dog Wins and shown on the competition tile, with the entry cost, before you enter. Entry fees are not pooled to make the prize.
• Winners are decided by the competition and game rules shown in the information on each competition tile.
• Prizes you win go into a separate Winnings balance. Winnings are not tokens and can't be turned into tokens.
• You can withdraw once your Winnings reach £10, from Your account → Winnings & withdrawals. Money is paid back to your debit card through Paysafe.
• Before your first payout we need full identity and anti-money-laundering verification. We aim to process approved payouts within 24 hours, but this isn't guaranteed and further checks can take longer.
• Prizes won by cheating or breaking our Terms can be voided. Prizes are paid gross; any tax is your responsibility.

Mad Dog Wins Ltd is the sole sponsor of every competition. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any competition or promotion.

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on the website, from Your account → Delete account. You can also email us at help@maddogwins.com.

Deleting signs you out and straight away removes your email address, name, password, billing address, saved card details, profile picture and push tokens. Any unused tokens and unwithdrawn winnings are lost, so withdraw your winnings first. Records of games, purchases, prizes and withdrawals are kept without your personal details, for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not end a break or self-exclusion that is still running.

Signed-in players can find these under Your account → Play responsibly:

• Spend limits: daily, weekly and monthly caps on token purchases. Lowering a limit works at once; raising or removing one takes 24 hours.
• Take a break: pause token purchases and paid competitions for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Free play stays open.
• Self-exclusion: block purchases and paid competitions for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.
• Reality check: a reminder every 30 or 60 minutes showing your play time and what you've spent today.
• Activity summary: what you've bought, entered and won in the last 30 days.
